Seasons of Love

I was alone in the dark. I was shivering in coldness until you came into my life. You washed of its winter days and brought back the summer again into my life. You brought the sun back shining into my life which caressed me with its warmth and lighted up the paths of hope, love and happiness in my life. You brought back spring after summer. Trees are bearing fruits of love while flowers bloomed with the beauty which can be only compared to the feeling of being in love. As time passed by, with seconds turning into minutes, minutes turning into moments, and moments turning into visions of forever, you brought autumn after spring. Leaves are falling from trees, just like my heart falling for you. This feeling is just like experiencing eternity. Now, I can remember the memories and experiences that both of us embraced in our days of summer and spring. This season of autumn is like haven of happiness. My soul is filled up with happiness and hope. A hope that gives me motivation to live my life to its fullest with you. I wish that this season of love would last for eternity. But all of this happiness were washed off in my heart when you left me for a reason unknown to me, not knowing if you loved me or not. Now, my life goes back to its winter days, going back to the darkness, and shivering once again in the coldness.
